Electric pneumatic automatic compressing machine is specially designed to produce thermoplastic products by means of continuous compression process.
A continuous work-cycle is carried out during which plastic material is fed from a plasticization unit, cut into suitably gauged pellets and then inserted inside the cavities through mechanical hand.
A compressing self-balance system, upon the working plate, is in charge to regulate the pressure while the production cycle is being performed.
The self-balance system will guarantee the same pressure upon each product.
The task of the extruder is to plasticize the compound, that means melting and preparing correctly the melt for the following process.
The largest part of the energy required to plasticize the compound derives from the friction mechanical work of the screw-barrel-material system, not from the heating elements on the barrel.
