In the operating period of injection molding machine, the speed of motion in each section is different, but the output of pump in traditional fixed pump system machine is fixed, according to the formula: P=p × Q (p: Power, p: Pressure, q: Rate of flow). Regardless of motion speed, the output of pump is fixed under the same pressure, then superfluous output volume wi l l return to oi l tank through rel ief valve, so plenty of energy is wasted.
